Job Summary
Explore assigned territories on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's full range of workplace products. Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate products while offering custom pricing and web tools. Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO and collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions. Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported. This entry-level role requires experience in customer service or retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
