Job Summary
Explore assigned territories on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's full range of workplace products and services. Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate products while sharing web tools and offering custom pricing. Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO and work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions. Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported as you grow your market and career.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
