Job Summary
Conduct territory visits on foot or by car to introduce W.B. Mason's workplace products to local businesses. Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate products while sharing web tools and offering custom pricing. Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO and collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions. Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
