Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep

Entry-level outside sales role focusing on market development in Worcester territory. Responsibilities include hitting the road to meet local businesses, introducing W.B. Mason’s workplace products and services, conducting product demos, sharing pricing, and helping new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly and participate in regular branch sales meetings. Strong communication, customer-service experience, independence, and the ability to build long-term client relationships are required. Vehicle is required; non-commission role with salary plus bonuses.
