Job Summary
Explore assigned territories on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's full range of workplace products, including food service supplies, office essentials, and janitorial items. Meet with potential clients to uncover their needs, demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing while guiding new customers through the MasonvilleGO onboarding system. Collaborate closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions. Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected with the team. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
