Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for face-to-face engagement with homeowners to sell Omni Fiber internet, voice, and TV services in the New Philadelphia region (including Wooster, Dover, and Strasburg). You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive customer growth through door-to-door and in-home presentations, meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, and representing the company with professionalism. The role requires traveling within the assigned territory, using mobile devices (e.g., iPad), and possessing a valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance. Comprehensive training is provided. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with an overall target compensation of approximately $87,000–$105,000 per year; travel reimbursements are provided at IRS rates.
Required Qualifications
