Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in the Mansfield region drives face-to-face engagement with homeowners to sell Omni Fiber's internet/voice/TV services. Owns the assigned territory (Mansfield, New Washington, Ashland, Shelby and surrounding areas), conducts door-to-door and in-home sales presentations, clearly communicates service value, and works toward meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals while representing the company with professionalism and energy. Training is provided, and compensation combines a base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, aiming for an overall annual target range of $87K–$105K. Office hours are Monday–Friday, with travel within the territory and reimbursement at IRS rates; vehicle use and insurance requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- minimum state-required auto insurance policy
- ability to work independently
- positive outgoing demeanor
- comfort with door-to-door outreach
- experience presenting to homeowners or customers is a plus
- familiarity with mobile devices (iPads, smartphones)
