Entry Level Outside Sales Rep for the Dover region at Omni Fiber. Face-to-face, door-to-door engagement with homeowners to sell high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. Own your territory (Dover, New Philadelphia, Strasburg and surrounding areas), build relationships, and drive customer growth. No prior sales experience required—comprehensive, hands-on training provided. Base salary $42K plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with an annual target compensation of $87,000–$105,000. Schedule typically Mon–Fri 11:00 AM–8:00 PM; benefits include 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, health options, and travel reimbursement at IRS rates. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and be comfortable with door-to-door and in-home presentations.
