Job Summary
Entry-level Outside Sales Rep for Omni Fiber in the Ashland area. Drive growth by engaging homeowners through door-to-door and in-home sales presentations to explain fiber internet, voice, and TV services, owning and expanding your assigned territory (Mansfield, New Washington, Ashland, Shelby and surrounding areas). Meet or exceed monthly sales goals with ongoing training and support. Requires a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; valid driver's license and auto insurance needed. Base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and annual target compensation up to $105K; comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities.
