Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent at The Boeing Company (Boeing Global Services) in Seattle, WA. Responsible for working with the supply chain to fulfill the responsibilities of the Procurement Agent role on the BFE team, including managing suppliers’ quality and delivery performance, communicating with suppliers on delivery status, issuing Purchase Orders, unitizing metrics and dashboards to ensure timely task completion, conducting monthly reviews with BFE suppliers, coordinating with Boeing Engineers to review rejected Supplier Data Transmittals (SDTs), supporting or conducting in-person reviews (Initial Technical Coordination Meeting and Production Readiness Assessment) with BFE suppliers, building relationships with PA peers across Boeing organizations, and maintaining supplier profiles in the Boeing system (e.g., CSDT access, BEST Profiles). Preferred qualifications include experience with CSDT, ERP systems such as SAP, and prior supply chain experience in aerospace/defense/manufacturing, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher. The role requires compliance with company policies and export control requirements; relocation is not a negotiable benefit. Summary pay ranges are provided for context.
