Entry Level Operator-COL

Entry Level Operator role supports safe, efficient mining operations in potash production, working in either surface (mill/loadout) or underground environments. Responsibilities include safely operating equipment (training provided), following written and oral instructions, maintaining clean and safe work areas, completing required training modules and task sheets, and complying with environmental regulations and site safety policies. Requires Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, ability to perform manual tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts; authorisation to work in Canada and basic English literacy are required. The position is onsite at Colonsay, SK, Canada, with potential assignment to surface or underground areas and a focus on safety and teamwork.
