Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery; monitor load progress and flag delays or issues; resolve service hiccups quickly and professionally; manage load details in internal systems (including Transport Pro); ensure shipment documentation is complete and accessible; communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly; collaborate with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs; gain exposure to bidding on spot freight, market pricing strategies, and carrier relationship management while expanding knowledge of lanes, capacity trends, and market dynamics.
