Job Summary
Entry Level Operations Administrator at Sales Focus Inc. will handle daily data entry of sales reports, track activity results, quotas, and commissions, and analyze day-to-day activity data. The role coordinates team and client kickoff meetings, tracks staffing data (contact lists, IDs, staffing levels, performance reviews), maintains training materials and pitch book templates, and handles equipment tracking and new-employee coordination. Responsibilities also include organizing and updating network folders and supporting the sales team with data-driven insights and client communications. Required skills include CRM experience (Hubspot preferred), Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, comfort with virtual presentations, and familiarity with lead generation and data scrubbing.
