Entry Level/Oil Change Technician

Job Summary
Document and perform oil changes, fluid inspections, tire checks, and diagnostic testing per repair orders and manufacturer standards. Drain crankcases, replace filters, and execute repairs on engine, transmission, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools and special equipment. Communicate with the parts department, Service Advisor, and customers to coordinate services and provide time estimates. Maintain shop cleanliness, manage dealership tools, and operate all equipment safely. Requires valid driver's license, strong physical dexterity, and a customer service mindset. We invest in staff through continuous training and cross-training opportunities within the Lee family business.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Strong physical dexterity for working with tools
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
