Job Summary
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct calls, take messages, and answer general questions with warmth and accuracy. Greet and assist walk-in members, retirees, and visitors—often handling multiple requests at the same time. Manage correspondence, including sorting mail, sending emails, and preparing standard communications. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the benefit management system. Process and organize incoming documents and forms. Support the Office Manager and department staff with scheduling, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks. Assist with preparing mailings and member notices. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Step in wherever needed—this is a small team, and flexibility matters. Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Desired Qualifications
