Job Summary
Entry-level Occupational Health and Safety Specialist responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation and assessment of occupational health and safety programs within Boeing’s EHS team, conducting preliminary investigations of safety incidents and complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across Boeing’s Puget Sound sites. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience in OSHA/EHS duties, health and safety risk assessments, program development, and audits; experience with aircraft-related hazards and operations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience performing Occupational Safety and/or Industrial Hygiene duties in an industrial environment
- Experience working in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
- Experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and performing audits
