Job Summary
Serve as a liaison between borrowers, brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and underwriters to support loan approval. Decide creditworthiness and complete mortgage loan applications by obtaining verified financial documentation. Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the underwriting department for approval or denial. Assure loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines. Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and tax records to process mortgage loan files. This entry-level role supports the Ryan Mortgage Team, a top 5 national lender specializing in purchase loans with over $130M in annual closings.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
