Job Summary
Coordinate patient information and documentation to obtain DME, acting as a liaison between the company, patients, referral sources, and insurance providers. Support up to two Sales Reps by collecting insurance data, scheduling physician evaluations, and preparing required documentation for approval. Explain equipment, coverage, and payment options to patients prior to delivery while maintaining confidentiality and keeping reps updated on order status. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of administrative support experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships
