Job Summary
Entry-Level Technician at Carvana, responsible for light maintenance, fluid checks, and the initial inspection of vehicles during the reconditioning process in our Inspection Centers. The role supports high-volume vehicle prep with training programs to grow skills and pay, and includes benefits such as company-paid health premiums, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and ASE/tool reimbursement. Overtime may be required based on business needs, and the position requires working in a fast-paced production environment with safety practices and use of protective equipment. Location: Heath, Ohio (on-site) at Carvana Inspection Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Some positions may be subject to an MVR check
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
