Entry Level Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Collect samples from operating areas, log them into the laboratory information management system, and perform routine sample prep and analysis. Execute instrument maintenance, complete calibration and verification documentation, and upload analytical data to designated systems. Maintain clean laboratory benches and work areas while adhering to Safety, Regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices. This role requires lifting over 50 lbs, standing over 50% of the shift, and working flexible hours including weekends and overtime. Candidates must have basic computer skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Full-time positions are Monday through Friday in the Nashville, TN area, offering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to work overtime/weekends
- Ability to work in a hot, dusty environment
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on feet over 50% of the shift
- Professional approach to work, detail oriented
- Flexible skills, able to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (Windows, MS office, LIMS, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills
