Job Summary
Entry Level Manager (Keyholder) at Goodwill to help lead daily store operations, open/close the store, support team members, oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards, ensure safety and loss-prevention procedures, maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor, and embody Goodwill’s core values while delivering strong customer service and positive experiences for customers and donors. Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs, reliability for evenings/weekends, and preferred high school diploma or GED with prior retail or supervisory experience; includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO, store discount, and development opportunities.
