Job Summary
Conduct grounds pick up, maintain curb appeal, and ensure cleanliness of common areas and offices. Perform apartment trash outs and assist with completion of work orders. Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for on-call rotation. This role offers on-the-job training and paid certification opportunities within Zinger Property Group's multifamily operations in Lexington, KY.
