Job Summary
The Entry Level Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping at Bigos Management properties. Duties include maintaining common areas, completing general maintenance tasks, and assisting in preparing vacated apartments for rent. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, ability to manage physical demands, and effective communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Assistant in a residential apartment setting or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
