Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing, and an 18-point inspection. Perform tasks such as changing oil, refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing batteries, replacing lights and wipers, and executing maintenance checks. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment requiring up to 8 hours of standing, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain physical stamina by crouching, bending, twisting, and working above head level. Read and follow written and digital training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions. Ensure customer safety through top-tier service while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don't work late nights or holidays)
- An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
- The ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
- Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment
