Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing, light replacements, and 18-point inspections. Perform duties requiring up to 8 hours of standing, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a non-climate-controlled environment. Read and follow written training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions while maintaining customer service standards. Work weekends with no late nights or holidays, supported by a comprehensive training program designed to advance into a Service Center Manager role within 18-24 months.
