Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and perform an 18-point safety check on customer vehicles. Execute preventive maintenance services including inspecting and replacing lights and wipers using company-provided tools. Read and understand safety procedures, labels, and digital training materials while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment standing for up to 8 hours, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability is likely, with no late-night hours or holidays worked. Gain hands-on training to advance toward a Service Center Manager role within 18-24 months.
