Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and perform an 18-point safety check as part of preventative maintenance services for vehicles. Read and understand written training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, standing for up to eight hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability is likely, with no late nights or holidays. This entry-level role includes hands-on training to become a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months, plus 13 paid credit hours annually at WilmU.
