Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, and inspect lights and wipers as part of preventative maintenance services. Perform an 18-point safety check on vehicles while maintaining top-tier customer service standards. No prior automotive experience required; hands-on training covers all technical tasks. Schedule flexibility is essential, with weekend availability likely, though late nights and holidays are avoided. This role offers a friendly, collaborative environment where you will receive comprehensive support to advance toward a Service Center Manager position within 18-24 months.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don't work late nights or holidays)
- An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
- The ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
- The ability to be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
