Job Summary
Entry Level Kitchen Position in Manhattan (DIG restaurants). Role involves prepping, mixing, and cooking vegetables, proteins, grains, and more using recipes and sensory judgment; gaining exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, delivery/packout); engaging with guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to create scratch-made meals; supporting the team during peak and off-peak service; maintaining food safety standards; and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and development in culinary skills.
