Entry Level IT Recruiter

Partner with the Business Development team to identify, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions while building a network of resources focused on core business areas. Communicate with current and net new leads to understand their skill sets and needs, then lead technical discussions with the team and prospects. Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for project opportunities, developing strategies to qualify them for client opportunities and negotiating pay rates based on the opportunity. Maintain detailed reports of activities including calls, orders, sales, and lost business, while resolving post-sale issues and alerting consultants of new product enhancements.
