Job Summary
Entry-Level Field Investigator role involving: Case Preparation using social media and database research; Field Surveillance from a vehicle to capture video evidence; Drafting detailed, court-ready investigative reports; Finalizing case files and uploading video footage; coordinating with field supervisor and receiving mentorship; requires valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance; occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (covered by the company); fully paid Investigator Training Program with licensing support and mileage reimbursement; equipment provided; health insurance/retirement benefits; typical schedule starts around 6:00 AM with variable 3–12 hour days, weekends/holidays common. Strong computer & internet proficiency and excellent verbal and writing skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's License: Active driver's license that is not currently suspended or revoked
- Personal Vehicle: A well-maintained vehicle that is always reliable (preferably with tinted windows). Proof of auto insurance coverage is required
- Travel Expectations: While we aim to keep assignments within a reasonable drive of your residence, occasional further travel and overnight stays (covered by the company) may be required
- Technology: A reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet service are needed for communication and administrative tasks
- Required Skills: Strong computer & internet proficiency. Excellent communication, verbal & writing skills
