Job Summary
Develop relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners while identifying customer risks and matching them with the right insurance solutions. Build referral networks with local professionals, lenders, and community leaders by participating in community organizations and events. Create and execute a business plan with support from your manager to grow a book of business that generates long-term, recurring revenue. This role offers a base salary of approximately $48,000, with additional earnings from commissions and bonuses, and includes comprehensive licensing support, structured onboarding, and one-on-one coaching from an experienced manager. You will operate across Wisconsin with access to underwriting professionals and a community of agents invested in your success.
