Job Summary
Assist in the setup and operation of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and data collectors. Perform tasks such as holding survey rods, measuring distances, and recording data accurately while following instructions from the Crew Chief. Learn and apply basic surveying techniques under the guidance of experienced surveyors, maintaining equipment and assisting with transportation to and from job sites. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain is necessary, including bending, stoop, reach, and lifting 75 lbs. Comprehensive training provided for entry-level candidates.
