Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, including filter changes, drain line flushing, coil cleaning, and electrical panel inspections. Identify potential equipment issues, report findings to customers and the department manager, and act as a liaison between clients and the office. Support service technicians with minor repairs and troubleshooting while maintaining a clean, organized job site and work vehicle. Prioritize safety and quality in all tasks, ensuring program compliance. No prior HVAC experience required; trainees will learn basic field maintenance under the guidance of experienced technicians.
