Job Summary
Perform standard preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and minor adjustments. Conduct visual and auditory inspections to assess function, identify equipment conditions, and make recommendations to prevent failures. Document all work performed on a mobile app, taking photos and completing forms. Travel three weeks per month, working six days with one week off, while maintaining security and accountability on facility access.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year HVAC experience
- 3 year clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 50 - 100 lbs
- Must be able to lift or move up to 10 lbs
- Must be able to perform simple and power grasping
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to use hands
- Must be able to use fingers
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to stoop

- Must be able to work in diverse conditions including mechanical equipment rooms

- Must be able to work in wet or damp environments
- Must be able to work in dimly lit equipment enclosures
- Must be able to work six days per week
- Must be able to travel for three weeks per month
- Must be able to work up to 20 hours of overtime each week
- Must be able to function highly independent with minimal direct supervision
- Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Must be able to continually enforce highest standards on work performed
- Must be able to maintain security and accountability on access of equipment and facilities
- Must be able to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies and established work practices
- Must be able to complete preventative maintenance forms on mobile app
- Must be able to take photos and document work as it is performed
- Must have a broad understanding of smartphone technology for digital communication and documentation
- Must be self-motivated

- Must carry a professional appearance and attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Ice machine experience preferred
- EPA license preferred
- OSHA 10 license preferred
- Technologically savvy
