Job Summary
Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment while driving company vehicles to job sites. Assist with installing HVAC systems by running gas hoses, setting up ducting and ventilation, and preparing equipment for operation. Work closely with experienced service and commercial technicians while following all safety procedures and company standards. Must be 21 years or older with an acceptable driving record and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly. Recent trade school graduates are encouraged to apply for this entry-level role in a safety-first, team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
- On-call rotations and overtime opportunities
- Weekends as needed
- Minimal overnight travel
- Regional travel to WY, UT, NM, and NE
