Assist experienced technicians in the field with installation and service techniques for furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters while shadowing and asking questions to accelerate learning. Follow instructions to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working from heights or small crawl spaces. Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
