Job Summary
Entry-Level HR Recruiter responsible for implementing staffing coordination recruiting strategy, sourcing passive candidates via online job fairs and social media, using Applicant Tracking Systems, conducting initial interviews, and assisting in New Hire paperwork for Healthcare Support Staffing. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications; provide recruiting task analysis; screen candidates; support hiring processes for case-management staffing coordination; implement HR recruiting best practices throughout pre- and post-hiring; assist with Organizational Public Relations to build relationships with potential new hires and existing staff; perform Quality Assurance on staff scheduling; approve PTO and track absenteeism; monitor employee status; meet weekly with Case Management Supervisor to identify staffing needs and create staffing strategy; assist HR with hiring, training, and onboarding; prepare work schedules and ensure compliance with labor requirements; verify staff details and working hours for accurate compensation. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Related field; 1-2 years HR recruiting, healthcare staffing, or talent acquisition experience; 1-2 years experience with ATS and HRIS; strong communication, detail-orientation, and interviewing skills; background checks; confidential HR records management; comfortable with public speaking and digital tools for employee training.
