Job Summary
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and referrals to identify and qualify new leads for MCI's call center outsourcing and staffing solutions. Execute targeted outreach campaigns, communicate service value, and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the executive team. Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM while researching competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies. Craft compelling narratives to engage and convert prospects. This entry-level remote role requires a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Candidates must be 18 or older with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to type 20+ words per minute.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles especially in a contact center environment
- Experience working in state or federal programs
