Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify and qualify new prospects for MCI's call center outsourcing and staffing solutions. Execute targeted campaigns to high-value leads, schedule meetings with the executive team, and craft compelling narratives to convert prospects. Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system while researching competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles especially in a contact center environment
- Experience working in state or federal programs is a plus
Additional Requirements
