Job Summary
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify new clients for MCI's call center outsourcing solutions. Execute targeted outreach campaigns, craft compelling service narratives, and schedule meetings with the executive team. Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system while researching competitors to refine targeting strategies. This entry-level remote role in Manila requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to type 20+ words per minute. Candidates must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles especially in a contact center environment
- Experience working in state or federal programs
