Job Summary
Conduct in-home care services for aging adults and individuals with behavioral health needs as a full- or part-time Home Health Aide. Complete the two-week free certification course featuring lecture, skills practice, and weekly competency tests, followed by required homework and optional Wednesday open lab sessions. Perform patient lifting, positioning, and transfers while maintaining a compassionate, respectful attitude. Submit to criminal record checks, physicals, and two-step PPD screenings. Work across multiple zip codes in the 21800 and 19900 series.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Physical and 2-Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
