Job Summary
Provide in-home care services to clients across Sussex County while adhering to compassionate and respectful standards. Complete the two-week in-person HHA Certification Course featuring lecture, skills practice, and weekly competency tests. After 500 hours of employment, receive your certificate to begin full-time or part-time shifts. This role includes Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training to support clients with mental health needs.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Physical and 2-Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
