Job Summary
Provide in-home care services to clients in the Dublin/Pulaski, VA area as a full- or part-time PCA/Caregiver. Deliver compassionate, respectful support to aging adults with flexible scheduling options including days, nights, and weekends. Complete free in-service training to receive your Personal Care Aide Certification. This role offers quarterly and annual bonuses, a $500 friend referral bonus, and employee recognition programs. Care Advantage Inc. is one of the largest privately owned home care companies in the Mid-Atlantic with over 35 years of service.
Required Qualifications
