Entry Level Fresh Flower Buyer and Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Purchase fresh flowers and hardgoods for retail and central locations, traveling to sites in Bogota, Miami, Ecuador, and Canada as needed. Ensure correct ordering procedures are followed while managing unpacking, care, and handling of products received in the distribution center. Participate in timely communication, delivery, and invoicing to retail stores, and assist with payables, order entry, and system maintenance. Control product waste through proper rotation and dating, maintain inventory at prescribed levels, and inspect incoming and departing shipments for quality. Unload, unpack, and store incoming product while pulling orders for retail locations. Provide data for monthly manager meetings and handle confidential reports. Valid driver's license and passport required; travel to distribution hubs across two states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers' license
- Use of personal transportation

- Related experience or education preferred in purchasing/procurement
- Strong/relevant experience with Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good Mathematical skills

- Able to make decisions and communicate them effectively
- Use of personal transportation
