Job Summary
Year Up United offers an Entry Level Financial Advisor opportunity as a one-year or shorter intensive job training program in Dallas/Fort Worth. The Customer Experience pathway combines banking/customer success training with internships and job placement support via YUPRO Placement, with potential internships at JPMorganChase or Bank of America among other partners. Interns earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Career paths include financial advisory, sales specialist, product support, sales operations and analytics, and patient services, with strong emphasis on building relationships, business acumen, and professional skills through structured coaching, mentorship, and placement support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
