Job Summary
Conduct site assessments, prepare and install technology equipment, and perform diagnostics and troubleshooting across school districts. Configure devices, provide staff training, and maintain detailed documentation of all installations and repairs. Manage inventory, address repair requests, and ensure site cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols. Submit regular activity reports and collaborate with teammates to support onsite operations during downtime. Requires physical endurance for lifting 50+ pounds, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to travel across the U.S. with two weeks' notice. Valid driver's license and clean MVR are mandatory.
