Job Summary
Entry-Level Field Technician in Braselton, GA to service residential and commercial customers for outdoor pest control (mosquitoes, ticks, fleas). No previous pest control experience required; training provided. Eligible to use a company vehicle, perform outdoor work in varying weather, and manage customer interactions. Responsibilities include handling customer service duties, following scheduled routes, and contributing to company growth. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screen, be able to lift at least 60 lbs, and maintain flexible availability (40 hours/week). Base pay plus commission offer with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have some previous experience working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must complete a background check and a drug screen prior to employment
- Must be able to carry and lift at least 60 lbs
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, at least 40 hours a week
- Must be available to work during black out periods (no PTO approved) [week before/after Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day]
