Entry Level Equipment Technician I

Job Summary
Assist in the installation, maintenance, repairing, and training of various equipment including dry cleaning machines, ironing tables, air compressors, and laundry machines. Work alongside experienced technicians to learn about electric currents, electric panels, protective fuses boxes, magnetic and thermal contactors, boilers, microswitch rails, temperature regulators, plumbing, and pneumatic systems. Additionally, support store assembly by installing tiles and carpets, loading and unloading conveyor belts, and repairing centrifuge electro bombs and electronic controllers. Provide continuous support to OXXO Care Cleaners stores and franchisees in person and over the phone, while writing reports and store visit recaps to corporate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the industry
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- May require some traveling
