Job Summary
Conduct rotations through electrical, aerospace, mechanical, and systems engineering organizations over a three-year period, gaining hands-on experience in satellite, network communications, and information assurance technologies. Support space electronics, spacecraft systems engineering, thermal and structural design, antenna design, and integration and test while implementing Lean engineering principles. Engage in special technical projects and volunteer for company events such as Engineers Week. Participate in individual and group activities under coaching and counseling relationships to develop leadership skills. Work onsite in El Segundo, CA, with potential rotations at Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, CA.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Graduated on or before December 31, 2026
- Experience demonstrating formal or informal leadership experience whether during internships, volunteer activities or university clubs or associations
- Active US security clearance
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- 100% onsite work
- Work onsite at the listed location (El Segundo, CA)
- Agree to enter a Continuous Evaluation program Post-Start
- Shift 1 (United States of America)
